Mold Design – Custom molds are designed for each part to ensure all design elements and tolerances are met. Eutsler outsources the machining of the molds through trusted partners.
Material Selection – Eutsler Rubber has over 300 compounds available and can create a custom elastomeric compound if required for the part. Rubber materials available for our custom rubber seals include:

For custom molded rubber seals that require rubber-to-metal bonding, our experienced staff will develop the correct combination of rubber, substrate, bonding agent and metal for the part to ensure it meets quality requirements.
Manufacture – Eutsler offers molding, extrusion and die cutting services, using custom molds designed for each part. Seals manufactured by Eutsler meet the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) tolerances, and can be from ¼ inch to 30 inches. We offer both short- and long-run manufacturing.
